What information we collect
Giftly is designed to collect as little data as possible. When you use the AI Gift Finder, your search query is sent to Google Gemini's API to generate recommendations. We do not log or store these queries on our servers.

- We do not store your search history
- We do not collect your name or email unless you contact us
- We do collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which are automatically deleted after 30 days
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for retargeting. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Affiliate links & third parties
When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer (e.g. Amazon Associates). This comes at no cost to you. We disclose all affiliate relationships clearly on the site and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your purchase is processed entirely by the retailer — we never see your payment information.
Data security
All connections to Giftly are encrypted via HTTPS. We host on Cloudflare's network, which provides enterprise-grade security and DDoS protection. We do not store sensitive personal data, so there is minimal risk from any breach on our side.
